All orders are processed within:

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification that includes your tracking information.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If there are any delays, you will be notified promptly.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United States (All mainland states)
- Canada (All provinces and territories)
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location:
United States:
3–7 business days after processing
Canada:
3–7 business days after processing
Please note these are estimated delivery windows.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight
- Shipping method selected
Some orders may qualify for promotional free shipping when available.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
PrintJetHub is not liable for delays or lost packages caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Missing apartment or unit numbers
- Incomplete recipient information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will assist in coordinating with the carrier
- A claim may be initiated based on carrier policies
Depending on the carrier’s investigation, a replacement or refund may be issued.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
- Our support team will arrange a replacement or refund
We may request additional information to complete the claim.
9. Shipment Delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners, PrintJetHub is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier errors
- Weather disruptions
- Customs checks (for Canadian destinations)
- High seasonal volume
