1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✔ Condition of the Product
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Product must be in the same condition as delivered
✔ Return Window
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date
- The exact return window may vary by product category; please refer to product details if applicable
✔ Proof of Purchase
You must provide:
- Order number
- Full name and email used at checkout
- Reason for return
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used ink cartridges or toner cartridges
- Products that have been installed, damaged, or show signs of use
- Items not purchased directly from PrintJetHub
- Final-sale, clearance, or promotional items (if marked as non-returnable)
- Products missing original components or packaging
If the product is deemed ineligible upon inspection, it will be returned to the customer.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of packaging and shipping label
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided guidelines
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), PrintJetHub covers the shipping cost
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
✔ Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
A partial refund may apply if:
- Packaging is missing
- Item shows minor signs of handling
- Accessories are missing
Any deductions will be clearly communicated before processing the refund.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
